Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jewellery Design Head at Wondr Diamonds in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Jewellery Design Head will be responsible for overseeing the design and creation of jewelry pieces, has to come with seasons designs for different regions and country and staying updated on fashion jewelry trends. Additionally, the role will involve training and development of the design team.
Qualifications
- Diamonds Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in training and development
- Strong creativity and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Knowledge of gemology and metals
- Relevant certification or degree in Jewelry Design or related field
