JDA/Blue Yonder Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced JDA/Blue Yonder Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder, a strong understanding of JDA configurations, and proficiency in SQL and the MOCA framework. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, experience with inventory reconciliation between WMS and ERP systems, and knowledge of master data maintenance. Technical writing experience is preferred, and exceptional communication skills are essential for effective customer service and team collaboration. The candidate should also be comfortable communicating technical details to developers and have experience in functional design, requirements gathering, UAT testing, and documentation. A general understanding of system interface concepts, such as IIB integration, is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain JDA/Blue Yonder systems.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and scripts within the MOCA framework.
• Solve complex technical problems and provide solutions.
• Perform inventory reconciliation between WMS and ERP systems.
• Maintain and update master data as required.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with developers, operations, customers, and technical partners.
• Design functional solutions and gather requirements.
• Conduct UAT testing and document results.
• Understand and integrate system interfaces.
