Job Description

• Provides Configurable Network Computing CNC expertise in troubleshooting EnterpriseOne problems
• Coordinate tasks related to JDE CNC, including package builds, deployments, security, and configuration
• Install and manage EnterpriseOne Service Packs, Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs and other fixes as appropriate.
• Monitor and track system performance, resolves performance problems, and performs performance tuning to optimize application processing
• Implements standard security policies and procedures to ensure the standard Enterprise One application security is in place.
• Monitor and manage the EnterpriseOne system backups/restores requirements
• Keep current and up to date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.
