Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side development using Node.js, with a proven track record of building scalable and efficient applications. As a Node.js Developer at KIBA Labs, you will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications that meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

Develop and manage APIs and services to support the front-end applications and integrate with third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and debug applications, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

Contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

3-4 years of professional experience as a Node.js Developer.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Koa.js).

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
