Job Title: JavaScript Developer

Rate: $25-30/hr

Contract length: 8 months

Type: Remote, or can go on-site in Hyderabad, India in office

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a skilled JavaScript Developer in India to join a large AAA game employer. You will be joining an international team that will be supporting and furthering the development of generative AI into different tools/platforms at the company, and additionally supporting the internal infrastructure of the company. Your daily tasks will involve crafting and maintaining web applications with JavaScript, and ensuring seamless integration with back-end services, and engaging with AI models to generate new forms of content. A significant part of your role will be working with serverless architectures/server lists, particularly AWS Lambda, to manage and deploy functions that scale automatically and handle operations with efficiency. You will be working across different languages and platforms to build robust and scalable applications, so having knowledge of various languages outside of JavaScript such is Python and C is ideal. You'll be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends in both JavaScript frameworks and AI technologies, applying your knowledge to create solutions that are both efficient and imaginative. Ideal candidates will have great proficiency in JavaScript, experience with other languages such as Python/C, and familiarity with AI libraries. A creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively within a team.

Must Haves:

• 7-10 years of experience as a JavaScript Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, which strong working experience in recent role(s).
• Knowledge of server lists such as AWS Lambda, or a similar server.
• Background in other languages such as Python and C, or similar.
• A creative mindset with an interest in pushing the envelope in AI-generated content.

Plusses:

• Background in working with generative AI tooling and model tuning.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating and optimizing Generative AI APIs, such as OpenAI's GPT, DALL-E, or similar models, into web applications
