Job Role:

As a Java + React Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring robust coding standards and utilizing your expertise in Java, React, Microservices, and AWS to deliver efficient and scalable applications. Your role includes mentoring junior developers, overseeing the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the quality of code through unit testing.

Responsibilities:

Lead development using Java (v8) and React JS.

Architect and manage microservices-based applications.

Oversee and implement unit testing to ensure code quality.

Work with AWS to deploy, manage, and scale applications.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

7+ years of relevant experience in Java development (v8 required).

1+ years of experience in React JS.

Proficiency in microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with unit testing.

Experience working with AWS.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team.
