Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java with L2 Support position located in Hyderabad. As a Java with L2 Support, you will be responsible for handling Level 2 support tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving Java-related issues, analyzing code errors, and providing technical assistance to clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful resolution of issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Java development and L2 support
• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Good understanding of application development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
