Job Description

Job Title: Java Trainer
  • Location: Nagpur
  • Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars on Java programming.
Develop and deliver training content, including lectures, hands-on labs, and coding exercises.
  • Customize training programs to address the specific needs of different audiences, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
Curriculum Development:
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and coding examples.
Create practical exercises and projects to help learners apply Java concepts effectively.
  • Update and refine training materials to incorporate the latest Java technologies and industry best practices.
Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Evaluate learner progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical coding tasks.
Provide constructive feedback to learners to help them improve their coding skills and understanding of Java.
  • Support and Mentoring:
Offer guidance and support to learners during training sessions and through follow-up interactions.
  • Address questions and troubleshoot issues related to Java programming and development.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Continuously enhance training materials and methodologies based on feedback and emerging trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with training objectives and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the development of training policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Java programming, including core concepts, advanced features, and popular frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Patience and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.
