Java Technical Project Manager

Technical Skills:

12-15 years of experience

o Need an AMS Project Manager with production support experience.

o Need someone who comes from Java background.

o Is an expert with tools like Service now, JIRA, MS Office etc

o Good communication skills

o SLA management experience

o Has experience managing 30-40 team members and handling multiple teams.

o People management experience

Comfort and experience with complex web applications and backend services in a modern product-focused

development environment including things like version control (Git), test driven development, continuous integration

and deployment (CI/CD) and agile development processes.

Possess the ability and drive to work through challenging problems independently while keeping the management

informed of progress and blockers.

Self-starter and independent with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for work

Experience with Reporting Status, progress, SLA's

Ability to handle ambiguity, communicate well with partner teams, and empathize with customers.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills ability to communicate the results of your efforts to project team

members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
