Responsibilities
- Minimum 14 years of experience in IT industry with minimum 5 years of technical project management on cross-functional projects using software development life cycle process.
- Must have software delivery/development background due to the technical nature of the deliverables
- Experience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring, design pattern, UI framework, CI-CD etc or Big Data platform is preferred.
- Experience in leading team of minimum 10 Junior developers.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience up to client, senior management, inter department, external vendors etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A real self-starter with the ability to drive and make clear and prompt decisions and solve problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done
- Experience in Openshift, Kubernetes, Kafka will be preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Computer Science or related. Masters preferred.
