Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of Java development experience, with a strong emphasis on architecture design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular, with a deep understanding of best practices and architectural patterns.
- Extensive experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, including leading development teams through these processes.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on creating scalable and maintainable frontend applications.
- Strong knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB, including designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.
- Proficient understanding and usage of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, and advanced branching strategies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including architecting and deploying scalable applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Hibernate is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of ORM principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React is a significant advantage, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set.
