- 8+ years of strong experience in managing enterprise level engagements.
- Good leadership and negotiation skills to manage the e2e delivery.
- Provides suitable solutions for issues based on the understanding of the business processes.
- Work with stalk holders and counter parts teams to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.
- Experience in creating metrics to measure and monitor team performance.
- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, as well as a good amount of experience working with any cloud environments(AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in the following technologies we utilize most often: Java 8 and above, J2EE, Spring boot ,Mongo, SJSF, MVC, Node, RESTful Services, SOAP, Splunk ,Spring Microservices/API development.
- In depth knowledge in Spring/Spring-boot/ORM.
- Angular/ReachJS good to have.
- Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of entire development cycle.
- Kubernetes/docker containerization.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- RDBMS (Oracle., SQL server or DB2)
- NoSQL (Mongo/Cassandra)
- Multi-tier distributed web application.
- CI/CD pipeline (bamboo/Jenkins)
- Health care experience and NLP knowledge is preferable.
- Good understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
