Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead at Reycruit in Hyderabad. As a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers and overseeing the development and maintenance of Java-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of 8+yrs in Java development and proficiency in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, microservices and webservices)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Java development and leadership are a plus
