MODE OF INTERVIEW: Face-to-Face Responsibilities - Experience with developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span platforms and tools.
- Significant experience building and operating critical high-scale systems.
- Good management and team development skills with ability to set roadmap and goals for a team and delegate tasks.
- Strong expertise in growing teams and mentoring engineers.
- Skilled in software engineering methodology including testing and code quality.
- Lead from the front when the situation calls for it.
