Java Tech Lead

Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Tech Lead with 8-14 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in creating high-quality software solutions that meet our clients needs. As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior developers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
• Perform code reviews to ensure that code is of high quality and meets coding standards
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-14 years of experience in Java development
• Experience in leading and managing teams of developers
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Experience with web services and RESTful APIs or RESTful Micro-services in Java, Spring, Spring Boot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in using Kafka or other message queuing systems

Good with Relational and Non-Relational Databases Postgres, Mongo, Redis, Cassandra

Experience in using Docker and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes is a plus

• Experience with Elastic search, Kibana, MqTT, IOT is a plus
