• Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Team Lead / Techno Functional Analyst to join our Dealer Systems Operation Support team for a prestigious client. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Java and Oracle technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and design solutions to enhance business processes. The candidate must be flexible to travel to Bidadi daily and work as per the client's work calendar.

• Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather necessary information for system improvements and developments.

• Business Process Analysis:

Evaluate current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize findings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Solution Design:

• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions that address specific business needs.

Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform decision-making.

• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.

• Change Management:

Facilitate the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies.

• Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to end-users during system transitions.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts.

Participate in testing activities to ensure the solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories, ensuring all artifacts are up to date and accessible.

• Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in a Techno Functional role within the IT industry.

o Proven experience in Java development and Oracle technologies.

o Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects, with the ability to bridge gaps between business and IT.

• Key Skills:

Technical Expertise:

o Hands-on experience with Java and Oracle technologies.

o Ability to work with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Business Acumen:

o Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.

o Experience with business process analysis and solution design.

• Communication:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
