This is a part-time remote role for a Java Team Lead. The Java Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development and implementation of Java-based applications and microservices, and ensuring adherence to design patterns and best practices. The Java Team Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Software Development and Java skills
• Experience in leading development teams
• Knowledge of microservices and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
