- Must have 9-12 years of experience.
- To manage complex customer projects from design and development to production with end to end delivery responsibility; ensuring delivery excellence and customer delight. Coordinate with internal teams to create customer plans including specific responsibilities of each team, release schedule, program milestones and deliverables, terms of acceptance, etc.
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications.
- Work closely with customers in understanding project requirements and issues for successfully implementing business projects. Inform customers on business execution processes, marketing/sales procedures, etc.
- Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with clients and management throughout the business project development and implementation stages. Coordinate, execute, track and deliver various customer projects from initiation through completion.
- Interface and engage with customers at a strategic level, ensuring that not only the current project requirements are met but forecast needs or issues that may arise and devise ways to address those proactively.
- Analyze project metrics to determine project developments and success factors.
Additional Job Description
- AWS application support Troubleshooting experience supporting applications hosted in AWS on EKS and EC2.
- Java Application Support Advanced Java application troubleshooting including thread and heap analysis. Understanding complex multi-application environments, which interact in a firewalled environment.
- Splunk Splunk log analysis for application troubleshooting. Must be able to develop ad hoc queries on the fly to pinpoint application issues. Needs to be able to articulate search parameters and commands. Please note: simple usage of prewritten queries and dashboards is not sufficient. This is not Splunk administration like rolling out agents or administering Splunk.
- Java Application / Database interaction and troubleshooting Comprehensive understanding of Application to Database interaction and troubleshooting. This would include Oracle and Mongo databases. Areas of understanding like JDBC connection utilization and troubleshooting, connection pool/query/cache optimization, ability to analyze DB reports like AWR and make recommendations.
- Automation Experience creating and maintaining automated pipelines with tools like Gitlab and Jenkins
