Description :

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect with 8-12 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Java-based solutions for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Java development, architecture design, and project management.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop complex Java-based solutions that meet client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Provide technical leadership to junior team members and mentor them in best practices for Java development
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve development processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in Java development and architecture design
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Expertise in RESTful web services, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
