Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Java Production Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our Java applications in a production environment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Java applications.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning recommendations.
• Manage and support application deployments and releases.
• Configure application servers and environments to ensure consistent performance.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand application architecture and support requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Document production support processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
• Generate reports on application performance, incidents, and support activities.
