We are looking for an experienced Java Production Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for production systems and ensuring system availability and performance. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production systems
• Monitor system availability and performance
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Java Production Support
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies and frameworks
• Experience with application servers like Tomcat, JBoss and Weblogic
• Experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix and Splunk
• Experience with scripting languages like Shell, Perl and Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
