Job Overview
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team at Youth4Jobs Foundation. As a Java Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring youth with disabilities in Java Full Stack development. This is a full-time position based in Lakdikapool, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Java Full Stack development
- Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit the needs of individuals with disabilities
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Certification in Java Full Stack development is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java Full Stack development to youth with disabilities
- Create and update training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant
- Mentor and guide trainees throughout the training program
- Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the placement team to connect trainees with job opportunities
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java Full Stack development
- Provide assistance and support to trainees in their job search process
- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance trainees soft skills
- Maintain training records and prepare reports as required
