Our Ideal Java Full-stack Lead Will Have
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, React JS. Experience with cloud platforms AWS.
- Strong backend framework experience (e.g., Springboot).
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Understanding of various design patterns in Backend and Frontend technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Understanding of DevOps principles.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies familiarity. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
