Job Description:

At least 10+ years of Experience as a Techno functional lead in Java/J2EE.

Strong experience of developing secure, scalable , muti threaded applications in Java and Spring.

Should be able to resolve complex design related problems, technical issues across application.

Successfully lead major projects and complex assignments with broad scope and long term business implications.

Lead day to day application development and maintenance activities of the team. Provide UAT and PROD support for the application.

Contribute to overall strategy and manage complex issues within functional area of expertise.

Mentor , coach and assist team members on regular basis to ensure maximum productivity of the team. Participate in design and code reviews.

Advanced knowledge of Software engineering concepts and methodologies. Experience using Agile Methodology.

Ability to be on high energy, detail oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment to drive results.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills.

Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities to interface with external and internal resources.

Experience of documenting detailed designs with class and sequence diagrams.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and having exposure on application designing.

Good experience of working in fast paced environment for project end to end implementation.

Experience in using continuous Integration tools - Bit bucket , Copilot, and Jenkins would be an added advantage.

Experience in Banking or Anti-Money Laundering will be an added advantage.
