We're looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to guide our development team in creating and maintaining our software applications. As a Full Stack Lead, you'll oversee both the front-end and back-end parts of our software, ensuring everything works smoothly together.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Manage a team of developers, guiding them on best practices and helping them solve technical challenges.
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our applications using Java and associated technologies. This includes working with frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Tech Stack Management: Lead the development and optimization of out tech stack, ensuring that all layers--front-end, back-end, and databaseare integrated and functioning efficiently.
- Ensure Quality: Make sure our software is high quality, secure, and meets the needs of our users.
- Communicate: Work closely with other teams (like design and product management) to understand their needs and ensure our technology supports those goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with new technologies and trends to ensure our software remains modern and efficient.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years working with Java and full-stack development.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and managing projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, front-end technologies (like HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and back-end technologies (like databases and server management).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex problems and come up with effective solutions.
- Communication: Good at explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
