Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer
Location: Bangalore, India
Position Type: Contract (6 months & extendable)
Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week, Electronic City/Bellandur for client meetings)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Java Developers with a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and database management with SQL and UNIX knowledge. This position requires excellent coding skills in core Java concepts, time complexity, and indexing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to key projects and collaborating with a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement database schemas and queries using SQL.
- Optimize application performance through indexing and efficient coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ / 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with any database management system.
- Solid understanding of UNIX operating systems.
- Excellent coding skills in core Java concepts, time complexity, and indexing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
