Job Description
Experienced (8+ years) Software Engineer with a background in Java development and DevOps practices
Proficient in Java and experienced with the Spring Framework and DropWizard
Familiar with Kotlin and open to working with it
Strong experience with Kubernetes (Helm) and AWS cloud services
Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
Confident in CI/CD pipeline implementation (using CircleCI or similar tools)
Experienced with networking and cloud security
Proficient in Git and familiar with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis as a plus)
Familiar with GraphQL and Apollo Client
Able to ensure code quality through unit testing and integration tests
Knowledgeable in NewRelic, Datadog, SumoLogic (familiarity with ArgoCD, BugSnag, and Databricks is a plus)
Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and participating in daily stand-ups and peer reviews
Effective team player with mentoring skills, adaptable, and eager to learn
Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural environment
Open to participating in on-call activities (12/7 or 24/7) as needed
