Job Title: Java development with Angular

Location: Gurgaon and Chennai

Job Type: Full time

Experience Level: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support solutions for the Compliance are to cover each of the following

o Portfolio Guidelines and Compliance System Maintenance

o Pre- and Post-Trade Compliance Monitoring and Reporting

o Regulatory Monitoring and Maintenance

Be part of an empowered team following agile methodologies.

Liaise with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to understand business requirements.

Develop high quality software and associated unit tests.

Key Skills:

Design, develop, test, deploy, support high quality front office compliance applications while working closely with cross-functional teams of technologists and end users

10+ years of application software development/integration

10+ years of Object Oriented design/programming

10+ years of Java experience, including experience with JUnit and Spring

Extensive hands-on experience with Web development stacks (Java / J2EE, JavaScript, HTML & CSS)

3+ Experience with open source web technology such as AngularJS, ReactJS etc.

5+ years of Sybase, MS SQL Server, or Oracle experience, include creation of complex SQL, stored procedures and triggers

Experience with Charles River and/or Bloomberg Compliance applications are highly desirable

Participate in an agile team, using Atlassian tools (JIRA/BitBucket/Bamboo)

Experience with Microservice architecture and NoSQL (MongoDB) development are big plus.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent programming experience

10+ years experience in application development across Portfolio Compliance (pre and post trade)

Ability and willingness to learn fast, self-motivate and pick up new things easily

Analyze and solve programming tasks independently and pro-actively

Strong critical thinking skills and communication skills
