Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java development and be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Java development (1-15 years).
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
