We are looking for a talented Java Backend Developer with experience in Government projects to join our team in Kolkata. As a Java Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions for government-related applications. You will utilize your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient backend systems that meet the unique requirements of government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality code and minimize defects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-14 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience working on government projects, with a strong understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Knowledge of security protocols and practices for securing backend systems.
