Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in designing and developing scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Java 8, a solid understanding of data structures, and experience in microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud technologies is a good to have. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for coding and problem-solving.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java 8.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Engage in Agile development practices, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Implement responsive and adaptive development techniques to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with internal and external business partners to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Continuously improve code quality and application performance.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java 8 and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Understanding of application design patterns and software testing methodologies.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software design and development.
• Proven track record in application design, software development, and testing.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new programming concepts and technologies rapidly.
