Job Description:
Sourcebae is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Java Developer with 1-5 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be proficient in building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and its core libraries.
- Experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
Nice to Have:
