Client is rejecting developer less than 8 yrs. All developers should be above 8 yrs no exceptions.

Project Overview

1st Round of Interview

You would be reporting to Client daily.

This is a Sprint based project.

You can login any time as long you attend the daily Scrum Stand-up calls but need to available mandatorily in between 3pm IST to 9pm IST

The Client is East Coast.

Standup call may be at 9am EST is same as 6.30pm IST

Standup call may be at 10am EST is same as 7.30pm IST

Standup call may be at 11 am EST is same as 8.30pm IST

Google Meet Video Interview

Criteria 1 - No Headphones during the Interview Discussion

Criteria 2 - Developers should have the Camera On - So that I can see him /her

Criteria 3 - Should share the Entire Screen during the interview call.

Criteria 4 - Should be prepared to write an code during the interview by sharing the screen.

Criteria 5 - Developers should have an Identity Card - Aadhaar Card, Passport Copy or Voter Id or PAN Card which shows his Photo [To check if i am talking to the correct person]

Criteria 6 - LinkedIn Link - Developer should have complete Photo as the DP.

Provide estimates with product managers to prioritize various projects and bugs

Technical Skills:

8+ years experience writing robust web applications using core Java

Experience delivering Services (REST, SOAP) and Web applications in Microservices architecture

Hands on experience with Spring, Springboot, Hibernate

Experience with Jenkins Pipelines for Continuous Integration and Delivery - CI/CD and Jenkins,

Extensive experience with software development best practices (e.g. test-driven development, ORM, object-oriented design, code profiling, debugging)

Experience in building single page web applications and responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such Redux, Flux, and webpack.

Hands on experience with client side technologies including React, Redux, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced Javascript.

Experience in designing React component Hierarchies and NodeJS Services.

Experience with Jira

Experience with UNIX operating system, services, and commands

Experience working with data in relational databases like Oracle

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

We need a Single Developer who will do both Java and React - Not 2 different Developers.
