Role Overview: Purple Drive Technology is looking for a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Java development and a strong background in working with containerization and event streaming technologies. This role offers a competitive salary of up to 10 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
Implement and manage event-driven systems using Kafka.- Utilize Docker for containerization of applications and ensure seamless deployment.
Work with Kubernetes to manage containerized applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and deployment.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the adoption of new technologies.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming with a deep understanding of Java frameworks.
Extensive experience with Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and event streaming platforms.- Proficient in containerization using Docker and managing containers in a Kubernetes environment.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
