Required Competencies

Mandatory Skills:

o In-depth understanding of the Core Java (version 11.0 and above)

o Experience in Spring Boot/Spring JPA

o Experience with Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Docker, OpenShift

o Hands on experience with Message queuing and messaging systems (IBM MQ and Rabbit MQ)

o Hands on experience on Rest API both producing and consuming.

o Experience with unit testing using tools such as JUnit.

o Proven Experience in developing detailed designs of medium complexity applications/database.

o Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Preferred Domain Skills:

o Automotive and manufacturing (Order to delivery)

o Vehicle Plan, Build Test

Mandatory Soft Skills:

o Ability to perform as an Individual Contributor.

o Ability to technically guide and support team members within area of responsibility.

o Ability to Coach and Mentor team members.

o Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.

o Organized approach for driving activities and tasks associated

o Flexible to work in Maintenance/Support as well as Development Projects

o Flexible to work in shifts (European time) and on-call as per business demand.
