Java Backend

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java development, extensive experience with Spring Boot, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. Candidate must be working from office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Micro Service Architecture, design, and develop robust and scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit and integration tests, troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance development processes and team productivity.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the codebase, APIs, and application architecture.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with AWS is Must.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Git CI.
• Proficient in Postgres and SQL fundamentals.
