Job Description

• Minimum of 3+ years(P3-1) 8+Years (P4-1)of hands-on experience in Production support application
• Experience in BPMS and Workflow application handling
• High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently & coordinate with US team
• Ability to analyze data issues, production issues, performance issues etc.
• Conduct Working calls and coordinate Business/Planning teams to identify the root cause and provide appropriate solution.
• Should be able to write simple queries to pull up data.
• Experience in Telecom domain.

Responsible for troubleshooting the technical issues and providing corrective solutions with a strong customer focus.

Coordination handling for application Interface with other support groups. Application outage management handling.

Handling the Order flow through tickets for Enterprise in the areas of Network Design

Customer tickets closure as per ITOT (In today out today) Goals and Escalation tickets handling.

Responsible to work for Highly priced orders and fulfillment as per Customer SLA

End to end resolution and Stabilization activities for the daily tasks

Verify accuracy and completeness of documented solutions to production incidents.

Guide the team through tough technical and complex issues, on need basis.

Active participation in all the calls with onshore and offshore including SWAT calls for respective applications.

Handling of Fulfill Ad-hoc requests from business partners to support company operations.

End to end analysis of data and corrections across the platform

Handling rotational shifts with 24*7 coverage
