Overall Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Java and C#.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure optimization and functionality.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in Java and C# development.

Category-wise Technical Skills:

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience with Java and C# development.
• Proficient in web services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with continuous integration practices.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate).

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with Java and C#.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
• Write and review code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
• Conduct troubleshooting and debugging as necessary.
