Responsibilities

Serve as a lead point of contact for all Japanese Clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Communicate with our Japanese clients and help in the requirement gathering.

Co-ordinate between the Japanese client and in house developers.

Act as a POC for communications between Japanese customer and development team.

Keep bilingual records of the meetings

Translate documents for both internal use and external use that may cover different domains such as Development and IT, etc.

Shall be responsible for Translation, interpretation of IT related project documents/ presentation/emails and communication with Japanese customer.

Creation of MOM after every Meeting.

Qualifications

Japanese Proficiency Certification N1/N2

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence clients at all levels of an organization.

Experience with IT terms and MS Office (particularly world, excel, power point).

Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (Japanese and English).

Location: Gurgaon

Experience : More than 2 years work experience as Japanese Translator/ Interpreter (IT Services).
