Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Non-Voice (Email based) bilingual Japanese and English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team and contribute to our commitment to outstanding customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Email and Chat Support:

  • Provide top-notch customer support through email and chat channels.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Creative Problem-Solving:

  • Interpret customer emails and respond in a creative and personalized manner.
  • Showcase problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs.

Billing Inquiries:

  • Review, analyze, and respond to customers billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure resolutions align with company policies and customer satisfaction.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Written Communication:

  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
  • Craft responses to customer inquiries with clarity, empathy, and a personalized touch.

Computer Skills:

  • Possess solid computer skills, including proficient typing and navigation abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from an accredited college.
  • Proven experience in customer support work via email and chat is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at interpreting customer inquiries and providing personalized responses.
  • Great computer skills, including efficient typing and navigation.
