Email and Chat Support:
- Provide top-notch customer support through email and chat channels.
- Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Creative Problem-Solving:
- Interpret customer emails and respond in a creative and personalized manner.
- Showcase problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs.
Billing Inquiries:
- Review, analyze, and respond to customers billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Ensure resolutions align with company policies and customer satisfaction.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Written Communication:
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
- Craft responses to customer inquiries with clarity, empathy, and a personalized touch.
Computer Skills:
- Possess solid computer skills, including proficient typing and navigation abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from an accredited college.
- Proven experience in customer support work via email and chat is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at interpreting customer inquiries and providing personalized responses.
- Great computer skills, including efficient typing and navigation.
