Job Title: JAIIB CAIIB Faculty - Online Segment

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online classes and lectures for JAIIB and CAIIB courses, with expertise in both subjects:

• JAIIB: Accounting & Financial Management for Bankers (AFM)
• CAIIB: Advanced Bank Management (ABM)

1. Develop comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and presentations tailored to the syllabi of AFM and ABM subjects.
2. Engage students through interactive teaching methods, encouraging active participation and learning.
3. Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and challenges related to AFM and ABM concepts.
4. Assess student understanding and progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking and financial management, integrating relevant updates into course content.
6. Collaborate with the content development team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of course materials and delivery.
7. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
2. Certification in JAIIB and CAIIB is mandatory.
3. Proven expertise in both JAIIB AFM and CAIIB ABM subjects, with a demonstrated track record of successful teaching or training experience.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to effectively utilize online teaching platforms, multimedia tools, and learning management systems.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
7. Passion for education and commitment to facilitating student learning and success.
8. Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs and priorities of online education delivery.
