IVR Test lead

fosys is seeking aSenior Consultantposition you will act as a professional across the different stages of project. You will Support supervisor in requirement workshops/ current system study, analyze the, identify high level process/system changes, define and document the problem based on client and supervisor inputs. Review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, configuration Sheets, specification documents, fit gap analysis documentation etc. and define/review detailed functional/process, infrastructure, security design. Prepare/review the system appreciation documents, support the creation of client training material and conduct reverse knowledge transfer. Write test plans/cases, perform testing and resolve issues. Check Non-functional requirements of the system.
