What's this role about
As a ITIL Pre-Sales & Process Consultant, you will be designing and participating in writing of the solution overview against requirement defined by customers as a part of RFP/RFI response or proactive proposal.

In this role you will help us:
- Participate in managing pipeline of new projects, IT Service Management and consulting opportunities.
- Responsible for designing ITSM processes that includes solutions for various business lines
- Develop SIAM target operating and cross-functional model along with governance structures
- Handling transformation solutions by ensuring ITIL standards and best practices for service management like Service Operations, Supplier Management, SLM, and Continuous Service Improvement
- Liaise with architects across technology tower to ensure ITSM / SIAM solution and transformation roadmap aligns to business and technology strategy
- Provide strategic inputs which assist customers in simplifying their process and help them to achieve higher productivity and overall performance.
- Define solution strategy for the client
- Defining roadmaps for various projects and managed multiple projects.
- Worked with Service and Process Managers across the IT organization in day-to-day operation, CSI (continuous service improvement), SIPs and governance of the lifecycle of IT Service Management.
- Lead or participate in the delivery and/or support of the teams delivering the solution.
- Create and implement core management strategies, processes, procedures and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance while aligning to ITIL framework requirements and corporate initiatives
- Support project teams in integrating defined service management processes and activities into their project plans and assist the overall IT requirements in meeting IT team objectives in expected outcomes and efficiencies of associated processes.
- Orchestrate activities and provide structure and direction to others regarding standard techniques and tools to gather the appropriate set of functional and non-functional requirements in an organized and repeatable way.
- Partner with multiple teams to drive and complete process related deliverables.
- Performing process and maturity assessments.
- Worked on creating and maintaining Runbooks and SOP's.
- Analyze customer's existing environment and data to provide maturity ratings and present observations and recommendations to the clients and set a schedule for implementing improvements.
- Effectively managed process design and improvement projects.
Skills required to contribute:
We're looking for someone with:
- 6-8 years of experience in handling end-to-end ITIL and SIAM RFP's and RFI's
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong with ITIL & SIAM Solutioning
- Good understanding ITIL Practices
- Understanding of SIAM model
- Hand-on experience with Process Mining and Gap Analysis
- Familiarity with ITSM Platform (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, Ivanti)
- Good management skills
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified
- SIAM Foundation Certified
- ITIL Consulting and Transformation Programs
