Job Overview

We are hiring ITI Fitter Freshers for our client in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position, with options for contract and contract-to-hire employment. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess the relevant ITI Fitter skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI Fitter certification
• Knowledge of ITI Turner and ITI Welder will be a plus
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical fitting work as per the provided instructions
• Assist in the assembly and installation of machinery and equipment
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as required
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
