Responsibilities:
Read, use and understand electrical/ mechanical schematic drawings
Interpret wiring diagrams and enclosure/panel fabrication drawings with bills of materials.
Produce high-quality electrical flight products (PCBA, cables, harnesses, test fixtures).
Fit, file, drill, and assemble junction boxes, panels, or perform diversified and complex electrical assemblies for installation in simulators.
Perform various electrical assembly duties on large utility vehicles by following instructions and utilizing schematics.
Assemble electrical components, terminals, and push buttons in a predetermined order.
Cut, strip, and mount wires to connect electrical units. Wire electrical panels, instrumentation, and devices.
Test electrical controls and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
Ensure all electrical assemblies and installations meet quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical assembly or a related field preferred.
Ability to work from detailed schematics, wire lists, bills of materials, engineering drawings, and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make precise adjustments.
