Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting electrical components.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system failures and malfunctions.- Repair or replace faulty electrical components and systems promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to resolve complex electrical issues.
- Document all breakdowns and maintenance activities in the log register.
- Project Planning and Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects, including new installations and upgrades.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during execution.
- Log Register Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all electrical maintenance activities.- Ensure the log register is complete with details of preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Analyze log data to identify trends and recommend improvements to maintenance practices.
