THE OPPORTUNITY:

The
IT Web Business Analyst embodies the interaction between business & IT teams, supports the transformation to a Digital organization and operates on a global basis and frequently interacts with business stakeholders globally on the one hand and with development resources (internal/external) on the other hand.
Main Responsibilities And Key Activities
- You are a key member in Digital transformation projects.
- You spend time with business user to understand and document business processes.
- You gather business requirements and you translate those into functional requirements
- You write user stories with acceptance criteria.
- You further clarify the user stories and requirements based on input from the development team to ensure proper backlog refinement is possible.
- You validate the quality of the implementation.
- You work with business to facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
- You troubleshoot questions/problems from the user community, searching for the root cause and designing long-term solution(s).
- You identify areas of improvement and define actions plans.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:
- You have a bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field of study. A master's degree is preferred.
- You have a strong knowledge in requirements gathering and know how to document these.
- You have at least 8 years of experience as a business / functional analyst.
- You have at least 5 years of experience on projects in a web / ecommerce / customer facing projects.
- You have strong knowledge on requirements gathering and know how to document these.
- You can communicate with both business users , developers and QA testers
- You worked as an analyst on projects linked to the following frontend and backend technologies: .NET, Php, React Js, Web portals, APIs, webservices, SQL databases.
- Experience with a CMS system , preferably in a headless context is a plus
- Excellent communications and collaboration skills
- You are fluent in English, both written & spoken.
- You have a proactive attitude, i.e., avoid rather than react.
