Responsibilities:
- Tele calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads from provided lists.
- Provide detailed information about our IT products and services.
- Answer client queries and resolve issues related to our offerings.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Sales:
- Promote and sell IT solutions and services to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and telecalling activities.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and improve sales processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in any field; a degree in IT or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling and sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous.
