Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of Clocktos ERP, its features, functionalities, and benefits. Be the go-to person for all technical queries related to the product.
Interact with clients to understand their technical concerns, questions, and requirements. Provide prompt and accurate assistance to resolve technical issues and answer inquiries effectively.- Provide training sessions to clients and end-users, ensuring they understand how to maximize the potential of the Clocktos ERP system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Create and maintain technical support documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices, to assist clients and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.- Previous experience in technical support or a related role is a plus.
Ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
