Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position is open to candidates with any degree and is ideal for individuals with 0 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the information technology sector. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various technologies, including frontend, backend, testing, DevOps, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions for various IT roles.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings through phone interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates skills and qualifications through assessments and interviews to ensure a good fit for both the role and company culture.
- Maintain Applicant Records: Track applicants throughout the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- A degree in any field is acceptable; however, a background in Human Resources or Information Technology is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Basic understanding of IT roles across diverse technologies (frontend development, backend development, testing methodologies, DevOps practices).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial.
- Exposure to technical recruiting or IT environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of current programming languages and frameworks JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Angular.
